Amy Henningfield is a nationally recognized workforce development leader and keynote speaker with more than 30 years of experience in heavy civil construction. She serves as Director of Workforce Development for Superior Construction, where she builds strategic pathways connecting education, industry, and future talent.
Amy is a founding leader of the Superior Women in Construction (SWiC) program, which achieved a 100% promotion rate for its inaugural leadership cohort. She also spearheaded Indiana’s first all‑girls construction camp and continues to champion mentorship, representation, and inclusive leadership across the industry.
